Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve
Travellers who choose not to join the Jumping Crocodile Cruise can explore the wetlands environment of the Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve. Wander the boardwalks to spot the incredible array of wetlands birds and wildlife!
Florence Falls
Well known for its natural beauty, Florence Falls is an amazing location within Litchfield which provides us with a short bushwalk and two amazing waterfalls.
Buley Rockholes
This is a great spot for the group to chill out and relax. Not much walking and plenty of fun to have in the water. Buley Rocks consists of a series of rock holes that flow downstream to a larger rock pool at the bottom.
Tolmer Falls
Bit of a bushwalk through Litchfield’s breathtaking landscapes. Here we follow a track leading to a lookout with spectacular views over Tolmer Falls, which is now reserved for the family of bats that dwell within the nearby caves. An impressive view!
Wangi Falls
One of the more well-known spots in Litchfield, Wangi Falls is a short walk and lots of swimming and playing in the large waterfall that awaits. There are also a series of board walks nearby for exploring and learning about the Northern Territory natural wildlife and flora.
Cathedral Termite Mounds
Home to one of the longest living insects on earth, up to 100 years old these structures are unique to the northern parts of Australia.
Late afternoon we head back to Darwin arriving back to Darwin at approximately 6.30pm.
